Refund policy

At AO FALCONRY SUPPLIES®, your satisfaction is our priority. If any product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange under the terms outlined below. This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our official online store.


Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Please note that custom-made, personalized, or special-order items such as handcrafted hoods, custom equipment, or items made to order are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.


Return Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items that show signs of use, odors, stains, or alterations.
  • Custom or handcrafted items, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.


Manufacturing Defects

If the product has a proven manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the nature of the defect. AO FALCONRY SUPPLIES® reserves the right to evaluate the product before issuing any resolution.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. In case of a verified manufacturing defect, AO FALCONRY SUPPLIES® may cover or reimburse shipping costs, depending on the case.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once shipped, the package becomes the responsibility of the courier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For any issues during transit, please contact the carrier directly.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@aofalconrysupplies.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will respond within 1–3 business days with further instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a separate order. After your return is accepted, you may place a new purchase for the replacement item.
