AO Falconry Supplies®

These Terms of Service govern the use of AOFALCONRYSUPPLIES.COM and the purchase of products from AO Falconry Supplies®. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Shipping, Production, Returns & Custom Order Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit any non-waivable rights that may apply under consumer protection laws.

1. About AO Falconry Supplies®

AO Falconry Supplies® is an artisan falconry equipment boutique specializing in handmade, limited-production, and custom falconry gear.

Many of our products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, texture, finish, leather grain, stitching, shape, or other natural characteristics. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, the customer agrees to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

The customer agrees not to use our website for fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, abusive behavior, interference with website functionality, copying of protected content, or any activity that may harm AO Falconry Supplies®, our customers, or our business operations.

AO Falconry Supplies® reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or take appropriate action if misuse, fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, prices, colors, materials, sizes, and images as accurately as possible.

However, AO Falconry Supplies® does not guarantee that product colors, textures, leather grain, exotic leather patterns, or finishes will appear exactly the same on every screen or device.

Natural leather, exotic leather, handmade finishes, hot stamping, gilding, and custom details may vary from piece to piece.

These natural and handmade variations do not qualify as defects.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Some products may be ready-to-ship, while others may be handmade, made-to-order, low in stock, custom, or subject to production time.

AO Falconry Supplies® reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update product offerings, or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, cannot be produced, contains a listing error, or cannot be fulfilled under reasonable conditions.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, AO Falconry Supplies® may contact the customer to offer an alternative, revised timeline, store credit, replacement product, or refund where applicable.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.

AO Falconry Supplies® reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, product description errors, or availability errors at any time.

If an order is placed with an incorrect price, incorrect shipping rate, or incorrect product information due to a technical, human, or system error, AO Falconry Supplies® reserves the right to cancel or modify the order and notify the customer.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed or production begins.

6. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted for final fulfillment.

AO Falconry Supplies® reserves the right to review, reject, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Fraud prevention
Payment issues
Incorrect product information
Incorrect pricing
Inventory shortages
Material shortages
Shipping restrictions
Import/export concerns
Suspicious activity
Abusive behavior
Inability to complete a custom request
Any other issue that may prevent proper fulfillment

If an order is canceled by AO Falconry Supplies® before fulfillment, the customer will be notified and, when applicable, refunded according to the payment method and applicable law.

7. Handmade and Made-to-Order Products

The customer acknowledges that handmade products require production time and may involve small variations from product photos or previous pieces.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, complexity, workshop capacity, holidays, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

AO Falconry Supplies® will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated timeline, but production times are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

8. Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, modified, special-order, and made-to-order products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom falconry hoods
Made-to-order hoods
Exotic leather custom builds
Custom color combinations
Products with names
Products with initials
Products with personal logos
Products with falcon, hawk, eagle, or customer-specific designs
Products with hot stamping
Products with gilding or custom decorative work
Products modified according to customer instructions
Any product made specifically for the customer

Once a custom order has been confirmed, materials have been assigned, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified defect or error attributable to AO Falconry Supplies®.

9. Shipping

Shipping, production times, delivery responsibility, international customs, incorrect addresses, refused packages, lost packages, damaged packages, and customer-provided shipping labels are governed by our Shipping, Production, Returns & Custom Order Policy.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to that policy.

AO Falconry Supplies® is responsible for preparing, packing, and handing the order to the selected carrier. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit and delivery are subject to the carrier’s own logistics, terms, timelines, and procedures.

AO Falconry Supplies® is not DHL, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping company and does not control carrier delays, customs delays, delivery attempts, routing, weather interruptions, or local delivery issues.

10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import rules, customs requirements, and legal restrictions of their country.

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, inspection fees, storage fees, or any other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

AO Falconry Supplies® is not responsible for delays, holds, rejection, seizure, abandonment, additional fees, or customs-related issues caused by destination-country rules, customer inaction, unpaid import fees, or failure to provide required information.

11. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, defects, wrong items, and custom-product limitations are governed by our Shipping, Production, Returns & Custom Order Policy.

AO Falconry Supplies® may accept exchanges on eligible non-custom products only when the product meets the stated return condition requirements and the customer contacts us within the applicable timeframe.

Used products, damaged products, products exposed to birds, blood, meat, dirt, field conditions, moisture, odor, crushing, deformation, misuse, or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom and personalized products are final sale, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified defect or error attributable to AO Falconry Supplies®.

12. Defects and Handmade Variations

If the customer believes a product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was received, the customer must contact AO Falconry Supplies® within the timeframe stated in our Shipping, Production, Returns & Custom Order Policy.

Normal leather marks, natural color variation, handmade variation, exotic leather texture differences, minor tonal differences, and natural material characteristics are not considered defects.

Damage caused by bird use, scratching, biting, field use, improper storage, moisture, crushing, misuse, modification, normal wear and tear, or improper handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.

13. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate order information
Providing a complete and correct shipping address
Selecting the correct product, model, size, and options
Reviewing all custom details before confirming an order
Understanding production timelines
Understanding import duties and customs requirements
Inspecting the product promptly after delivery
Contacting AO Falconry Supplies® within the applicable timeframe if there is an issue

AO Falconry Supplies® is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer information, incorrect size selection, customer misunderstanding of product use, import restrictions, unpaid customs charges, or failure to review order details before purchase.

14. Product Use

Falconry equipment must be used responsibly, safely, and with proper knowledge of falconry practices.

The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their bird, species, size, training method, field use, and local regulations.

AO Falconry Supplies® is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, misuse, improper fit, improper handling, or any consequence resulting from incorrect use, improper installation, lack of supervision, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on AOFALCONRYSUPPLIES.COM, including but not limited to photos, videos, logos, product names, designs, product descriptions, text, graphics, branding, and original artwork, is the property of AO Falconry Supplies® or used with permission.

Customers and visitors may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, use, or exploit any content from our website, social media, product designs, photos, or branding without prior written permission from AO Falconry Supplies®.

Custom designs, product layouts, patterns, and original AO Falconry Supplies® designs remain the intellectual property of AO Falconry Supplies® unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, or external services.

AO Falconry Supplies® is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, errors, delays, or actions of third-party websites, carriers, payment processors, or service providers.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AO Falconry Supplies® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages arising from the use of our website, purchase of our products, carrier delays, customs delays, improper product use, misuse, loss of animals, loss of business, or circumstances outside our control.

AO Falconry Supplies®’ total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

AO Falconry Supplies® shall not be responsible for delays, failure to perform, or inability to fulfill obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.
